Neuhaus

The Art of Gifting

Details

During my time at WeWantMore I had the opportunity to design the Christmas Collection for Neuhaus, the legendary inventor of the Belgian praline. Under the direction of Vicki Nevejans, we developed a collection centered on "The Art of Gifting". Inspired by the Art Deco movement and the tactile joy of high-end wrapping paper, the packaging transforms chocolate boxes into glamorous presents. The result is a collection that feels less like a product and more like a playful set of gifts waiting to be discovered under the Christmas tree.

The design system features three distinct geometric patterns: a tribute to the original 1912 praline shape, a sophisticated pattern incorporating the "N" monogram, and a modern take on Christmas baubles. By pairing muted festive tones with intricate copper foil finishes, we bridged the gap between Neuhaus’s timeless heritage and a contemporary, playful holiday collection.
